We recently attended a concert at the State Farm Arena and used ETS to take us from our rental house in Estrella and back. Such a good experience with Carol! Great communication, unbelievably clean vehicle and tremendous customer service. The price was more than reasonable and much more affordable than we could find anywhere else. If we are ever back in the area we will definitely be calling you. Highly recommend!! Thank you again for everything.
The experience with Exclusive Transportation was even better than expected! We chose them to take our granddaughter and her date to prom, which was in downtown Phoenix. It was so easy setting up everything with the owner, Carol Prelog, and she put our minds at ease because she, herself, drove them to dinner, to the prom, and then back to our house. Carol even changed the inside lights of the SUV to match my granddaughter's dress! Our granddaughter has thanked me several times for doing this for her! We highly recommend them!
It is always a pleasure to be driven by one of the ETS drivers. Wonderful, comfortable vehicles. Driver is a delight to speak with during the ride. The owner has always been a huge supporter of our local non-profit animal rescue, RUFF. Rates are reasonable for a fully licensed and insured company providing this type of transportation.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
Due to a family emergency, I needed to schedule a last minute flight out of PHX then transportation to the airport. I was an emotional wreck and Carol fit me into their schedule without hesitation! Awesome customer service! Prior to travel, as a first time customer, I had questions which I sent via email. Carol responded personally via phone call to ensure she clarified and addressed all my concerns. Pick up service was prompt and I arrived at the airport with ample time. Carol and Nicole were both extremely professional , punctual and engaging. Both trips were quite pleasant and well executed on their behalf. Their advance communication was outstanding and we were well informed at all times regarding arrival time and vehicle / driver description.
Kyle and Carol were my drivers to and from the airport and both were excellent. Clean cars, easy and responsive communication, and on time. Thanks to them I had a very stress free travel leg on my trip that added to my overall vacation. Next time I need a ride I know who to go to!

Carole was wonderful on the drive to the airport. She was on time and got us to the airport in plenty of time for our flight. It was also fantastic to be able to talk with her and feel safe with someone driving my loved ones. I and my family used this service exclusively this year and have no plans to change. We utilized Exclusive Transportation Services for the first time two weeks ago. Nicole explained their service and easy to work with. We were picked up by Nicole just as she said and were at the airport well in advance of our flight. On the return we were standby on an earlier connection flight and confirmed the change with Exclusive by text 2 hours before we landed. They changed the pickup and Nicole was there to meet us again on time. We can't say enough about Nicole and her prompt service. I like that they communicate by text and are so prompt. Their cars are also late model and very clean. I was happy that Nicole wore a mask and followed the CDC covid protocol. We will use Exclusive again!
SHOUT OUT TO EXCLUSIVETRANSPORTATION!! Carolpicked up my daughter at theMesa airport on Christmas Eveand the flight was two hourslate and three hours to unloadthe luggage and plane. Afterhours of frustration Carolbrought my daughter to mesafe and sound at 4:00 a.m.instead of 11:00p.m...with agrin on her face in a cute elfcostume. CAROL, YOU ROCK.AS AN ELF AND A DRIVER!!! 🙂
